Job Description
Develop, Integrate and implement an analytical approach to the provision of reporting and analytics to enable visibility of Operational Performance and Continuous Improvement. Focus of the role is Service Performance and Cost Performance of the Forward Operations, Reverse Operations and Supply Chain Teams.

Leadership:
• Drive analytics to measure the company's supply chain and operations performance against customer facing and internal targets
• Identify root cause of underperformance issues and provide insight to support the development of process changes required to improve operations
• Lead the conversion of excel based reporting into integrated data warehouse
• Lead development of communications on project governance and in identifying future opportunities for additional services

Business and Operations Management:
• Drive completion of company and client data inputs for key meetings, and ensure key outputs are completed and documented in a timely fashion
• Manage logs of issues, risks, and action items to completion
• Support as needed the Financial and Operations Performance Cycle in completing analytics and recommendations
• Bring data analytics to generate insights for the Supply Chain and Operations Leadership team in respect to key data driven decisions they make
• Jointly lead the development and program management to support the requirements gathering, design and implementation of Supply Chain and Operations Data Warehouse and reporting Capability
• Ensure all analytics are performed in a timely and accurate manner
• Continuously innovate the process for converting data to value capture
• Attend Operating Rhythm meetings as required
• Undertake related projects as directed

Risk and Compliance:
• Support audit processes to ensure that functions meet both internal and external standards including but not limited to ISO Certification and Laws of the Land
• Ensure quality controls are in place to ensure data presented is of very high integrity - at least six sigma accuracy
• Ensure appropriate risk treatments and quality controls are in place for all supported departments

People/Communications:
• Support a culture of value creation and waste elimination, ensuring ownership of continuous improvement activities at the individual and team level
• Contribute positively to a suite of development programs that support the concept of high performing teams to achieve this culture
• Using data insights, support a professional change management regime
• Ensure communications are timely, relevant, effective, proactive and meaningful and the most effective communication tools are used in the process
Financial Management:
• Support a culture where Expenditure is managed in accordance with approved Operational budgets

Preferred Education & Training:
• Bachelor's degree, preferred in math, business, economics or hard science
