Job Description

The Program Management Office is responsible for managing the delivery of our Services and Products to new Clients, Existing Customers and internal Business Improvements. Key functions include:
: Program Scheduling Prioritization for US / Canada programs
: Program Management
: Business Process analysis across all of our Services
: Program governance and quality assurance
: Establishing PMO delivery standards, processes, practices and tools

The Business Process Analyst's key responsibilities are: a) working with the Program Manager to facilitate and document the business requirements for each program across all Services; updating the business requirements through the review and approval cycle both internally and externally and b) In parallel with documenting the business requirements, the Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for documenting with the Service subject matter experts, the corresponding business process flows.

Key activities/deliverables are: detailed business requirements, business process documentation, defining customer experience impacts, business and IT test planning and support and business continuity planning.
This role will take accountability for the effectiveness and quality of business requirements gathering, management and verification work within a program. This is achieved by working with the Program manager and user groups to develop and define business requirements by:
: Educating the Program Team members on the business requirements gathering and process documentation process, roles and responsibilities, per the PMO Governance and Templates
: Capturing End to End Business requirements: identifying interdependencies and ensuring clarity across all program team members
: Design and develop Business Processes with the Program Team to ensure business operations are clear, have assigned owners and are standardize
: Performing Requirements traceability through monitoring the evolving solution design and clarifying or asserting the Business need to be fulfilled in the solution with internal or external parties
: Vet requirements to ensure IT delivers a solution to business users that is easy to use, easy to maintain
: Support UAT Testing; Test Strategy; support test case development and incident impact analysis.
: Verify requirements through user test case development and incident impact analysis and seek approval of user acceptance testing
: Disaster Recovery Deliverables: Review, Update and/or develop Business Continuity deliverables as part of the program
: Ensuring delivery of high value requirements through creation of Implementation Checklists by each Enabler Stream per program delivery phase
: Post Implementation Review Support
