Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for working directly with IT Management, the PMO, directors and managers, project stakeholders and the matrix project team. Duties include assisting in requirements gathering and documentation, developing detailed project plans, organization and schedule, project execution management, issue management, & risk management. Also responsible for maintaining project resources allocation representation in an IT Resource Allocation repository.
: Collaborate with the PMO, Business leaders and stakeholders to provide project definition
: Participate in requirements definition with business and/or IT team members
: Work directly with architecture/design team through Requirements Interlock milestone
: Participate in Architecture/Design meetings
: Responsible for managing development of work execution plan (project plan), work breakdown schedules, and other project management artifacts as required by the PMO and IT management
: Responsible for kickoff meetings, daily standups & other regularly scheduled project meetings
: Responsible for project status reporting, continued risk management & issue management
: Overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects
: Ensure the project responsibilities are completed as required from a requirements, design, development, testing and implementation perspective
: Ensure that client needs are analyzed, documented, approved and delivered as required
: Ensure that infrastructure requirements are addressed/planned as part of project implementations
: Ensure compliance policy for capitalization and SDLC is followed
: Responsible for obtaining sign-offs at various stage gates
: Follow PMO processes and guidelines laid out

: Project planning, execution, customer engagement, vendor management, delivery.
: Communication management and reporting
: Analytical and problem solving aptitude

: 7+ years experience with software development experience with Supply Chain Planning solutions.
: Project management experience including project planning, resource management, issue management, and risk management.
: Proven success managing IT projects in a rapidly moving business environment
: Experience or familiarity with ERP applications such as JD Edwards
: Experience with company-company and system-system integration technologies and design patterns
: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
: Experience with supply chain processes and systems.
: Ability to troubleshoot problems with software, and research possible solutions using the internet and other available resources
: Excellent written and oral communication skills
: Excellent communication skills with business executives, department leads, IT management and staff

Preferred Education & Training:
: Bachelor in Computer Science, or related IT/Technical fields
: PMP Certification desired
