QA Automation Engineer (C#/Selenium)

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a full time Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our Software Quality team. This is a salaried position reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. The position in based in downtown Chicago.
: Work with a variety of platforms and determine the best approach for building a scalable, reusable automation platform
: Work with Product and Engineering to understand application requirements.
: Document system defects as found both in test and in production environments.
: Automate and maintain automated test cases for all company products.
: Documenting the test automation platform, and train QA Analysts to execute automated test suits
: Attend daily Scrum meetings
: Analyze user requirements and product architecture to derive testing requirements
: Apply strong analytical, problem solving and judgment to balance content quality and timing.
: Provide QA Manager with regular status reports on test and measurement progress, troubleshooting analysis, documentation and test related metrics.
: Working daily out of ALM tool to maintain project lifecycle information
: The ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

: A BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
: Strong communication skills, able to work with developers, customer service, and business partners.
: Test Management tools - Knowledge in using tools in an agile environment
: Knowledge of statistical process improvement very desirable
: A passion for delivering high quality software

: Three years' experience in C#, Java, JUnit/TestNG, Jenkins, Selenium, FitNesse, SoapUI, Javascript, HTML5, CSS, Maven, one or two scripting languages Groovy, Python, Ruby, Git are required
: Experience with test automation tools as well as deployment tools, like Team City.
: Experience in TDD, continuous integration, and code review practice is strongly desired.
: Two Year experience working in an agile environment
: Experience building a test automation framework
: Test Management tools - Knowledge in using tools in an agile environment
