Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
: Assist with the preparation of accessory monthly financial reports for US senior leadership team and global staff meetings.
: Responsible for preparation of daily sales/GP flash, bi-weekly outlook, and monthly forecasts.
: Coordinate annual budget cycle.
: Participate in monthly close process for accessory channels and SG&A departments.
: Assists with reconciliation and validation of daily data feeds, invoices, and BI reporting for major customers.
: Assist with weekly and ad hoc pricing and promotional requests and product portfolio review.
: Respond to ad hoc requests from senior management as necessary.
: Highly developed organizational skills and ability to work in an independent, fast-paced environment
: Effective Communication Skills with Senior Management (Written & Verbal)
: Desire for professional development
: Ability to succeed in a team environment
: Technologically savvy, with experience using applications in the Microsoft Office suite and manipulation of big data. Experience with TM1, Hyperion, and JDE software a plus

: Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Education & Training:
: Min 4-year degree in accounting/finance or bachelor's degree with accounting/financial emphasis
