Job Description

The Pricing Program IT Project Manager role is part of the EPMO and will play a critical role in planning and delivering the IT deliverables of one of the company's most important and critical projects in 2018 and 2019.

As part of the EPMO, the Pricing Program IT Project Manager is responsible for assisting our IT Alignment Leads, Business Analysts, Enterprise and Data Architects and Global Process Owners with resourcing, execution, and management of the Pricing Program Deliverable plans. The Pricing Program IT Project Manager will be responsible for the project plans to support the implementation of the Pricing Program.

Major Action and Support Actions

: Ensure delivery to agreed objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives.
: Establish, control and monitor project timescales and budgets, obtaining appropriate approvals and authorizations, considering dependencies and taking appropriate action to overcome delays, difficulties or cost overruns.
: Provide direction and support to ensure a smooth project initiation enabling budget approval and project prioritization.
: Ensure that all project risks are understood and counter measures identified, minimizing risk to the organization, and maximizing quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
: Report project status and facilitate updates to the deliverable scorecard and associated metrics/KPIs for executive review.
: Ensure that project management methodology is adhered to and all project documentation is developed and maintained to agreed standards; ensure adherence to BPM standards regarding process definitions, modeling notation, and leveraging (internal/external) best practices.
: Support the relevant change and training partners for successful delivery.

Preferred Degree: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in business administration and/or engineering.
Certificate(s): Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification strongly preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred but not required.
Experience: Five to ten (5-10) years related project / portfolio management experience in consulting and corporate environments.
Demonstrated involvement in at least one large scale business program implementation.
Distribution industry experience preferred but not required.

: Background working in a PMO environment and a good understanding of Project Management practices.
: Demonstrable experience project delivery supporting the Idea to Market and Market to Consumer business processes.
: Experience of successfully managing client facing projects through the full project life cycle.
: Excellent time management skills with proven ability to manage projects effectively.
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
: Strong interpersonal skills to support team building; builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.

: Ability to advocate a creative atmosphere, facilitate meetings, and envision a final and overall acceptance early in the transformation phase.

: Ability to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results through a win-win relationship.

: Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
: Solid stakeholder management skills.
: Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan in order to reduce uncertainty throughout the project lifecycle.
